If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. This was my second purchase from Ouros Jewels and my experience with them was excellent yet again. I had a custom ring designed to fit a loose emerald that I had purchased separately, and they did such an amazing job communicating and walking me through the design process. Shipping was extremely fast and the final product was beautiful!!! It was everything that I hoped for. I will be coming back to this store for all my jewelry needs going forward. Highly recommend!!
