Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. This ring was a part of a group buy offer on a subreddit. I had never worked with Ouros before but they have a great reputation on the Reddit jewelry groups. Dhruv was the Ouros rep I worked with, he is such a gem! He is such an easy to work with and personable gentleman. He offered information and promptly and clearly answered all of my questions. I am beyond pleased with my lab diamond ring, the picture doesn’t do it justice. I thoroughly enjoy working with Dhruv and look forward to more projects in the future.

The ring is beautiful! The craftsmanship is amazing. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because in the item description, it said the ring width can be changed upon request, so I requested for it to be the same width as my engagement ring which is 1.6mm. He said he would do it and it’s not the same. If he couldn’t do it, that’s fine, just tell me. If I would’ve known I would’ve bought from someone else. It’s just disappointing because I searched and searched for one that could be the same width as my engagement ring and then I don’t get what I ask for. But I’m not too upset because it was very cheap and the ring is very pretty.
