We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you.
