If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. This was a custom order for lab grown diamond earring jackets that I requested from Vijay and his team. They turned out exactly as I'd imagined. They are like shooting stars. It's hard to get a picture that shows how magnificent they are. They are very impressive in person.

The process was easy, I submitted a rough sketch and they CAD rendered it w the required measurements. We were able to quickly communicate to make adjustments and discuss ideas. I received a video of the final product before shipping.
These are definitely formal wear, and weren't intended as an 'everyday' set. If you want an 'everyday' set you'll need to go with about 1/3 of the stone sizes mm and jacket width.
