4 Claw Round Lab Created Diamond Locket

This is my third purchase from Ouros Jewels. I ordered two diamond pendant necklaces in yellow gold with adjustable lengths. I had to pay extra for the adjustable length for each necklace. I recommend they add verbiage on their website that this is an extra cost to be more transparent instead of learning about the extra cost after purchasing. The diamonds on the necklaces are both very beautiful and excellent quality as well as the durability of the chains. I did however have the most difficult time opening the lobster clasp on both necklaces and I also noticed the rings are rose gold, even though I ordered yellow gold. Due to the difficulty of the opening of the clasp, I had to pay $50 for a new clasp for each necklace, so $100 total. I did reach out to Ouros Jewels about having to replace the clasps and I simply got an “I’m sorry”, with no resolution offered. I did request for them to help cover the cost and still have not heard back.

Arrive as promised, the solitaire diamond is very sparkle, but the chain is not shine as I would want
