Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. I worked with Vijay. He tolerated my constant pickiness and need for small lady minute detail changes so well! I had a custom ring made, with the exception of the center stone. I had descent size side stones made & cut thru them, and they are beautiful. The ring they were put into was beautiful as well. So glad the my main stone fit into the ring just right! I had it set local. I asked the local store what they thought of the ring - said it was beautiful. I asked how well the stones were set into it- done well! Shipping was only a few days (about 5?) from India to Florida, USA! I'm so grateful for finding this company!!!! Yes. I absolutely recommend. I will never purchase jewelry local ever again! My ring is STUNNING and I LOVE IT! Thank you Vijay!!!!! Your a life saver!
