Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. The quality of the custom work is outstanding! It is exactly what I wanted and is even more beautiful than anticipated. I recommend the lab diamonds created by this shop and recommend them for custom work. I took off one star because of a lack of proactive communication; I received notice that it had been delivered to an address out of state, which resulted in massive stress that could have easily been avoided. All in all I am very pleased with the custom ring!
