If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Got the ring customized and it arrived in time as promised. Pros: very affordable price for a full eternity ring. Quick reply for all the questions. Customized item in any way you like with a plenty of metal and diamond options. The owner provided a video for the ring after it is done. Cons: size a little bit big(+0.25)The ring could looks better if all the prongs are in the straight lines from any angle, e.g. the shared prongs are not aligned straight in a line vertically and horizontally (some gap between the up and bottom prongs are narrow and some are wide). But considering the price, the craftsmanship is still okay. Shipped with no paper invoice to tell the item information. I requested a PDF version, first time no diamond clarity/color on it, second time they put the wrong diamond clarity info. Got it corrected finally.
