SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, and more.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $30 USD
    This applies to all international orders, regardless of location or order value.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • TimeDelivery time: 8–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Signature required on delivery - upon request only (where available)
  • Fully insured and trackable.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatch within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Dispatch within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp.

5. Signature Requirement & Insurance

  • In the rare case a package is lost in transit or undelivered, we will investigate the case first from shipper and our side and if needed we will remake the item and reship it to you at no additional cost.
  • Signature is required at delivery - only on request
    (If the carrier fails to collect a signature, please notify us immediately)

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes in your country.
  • Any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee quoted.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes - please provide a full physical address.
  • High-value orders may require additional verification or handling.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist with claim procedures through the courier and insurance coverage OR remake a new same product for you.

9. Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes can only be made before dispatch
  • Once shipped, rerouting is not possible

10. Notes

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
  • If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Ouros Jewels is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
  • We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases
